Agreement to Terms

By booking a session with Luke Farner or using this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not book a session or use our services.

Services Provided

Luke Farner offers psychic mediumship readings for entertainment, spiritual guidance, and personal insight. Services are provided in-person or remotely via Zoom or phone.

Sessions are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. If you require such services, please consult a licensed professional.

Booking and Payment

• All bookings are made through Square and require payment at the time of booking
• Prices are listed on the Services page and are subject to change
• Payment is non-refundable except as outlined in the Cancellation Policy
• You are responsible for providing accurate contact information for your session

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may not be eligible for a refund or reschedule.

Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to your session, the session will end at the originally scheduled time, and no refund or extension will be provided.

No-Shows: If you do not attend your scheduled session without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

Session Guidelines

• Sessions are for personal use only and may not be recorded without explicit consent
• You must be 18 years or older to book a session
• Respectful behavior is expected at all times
• We reserve the right to end a session if behavior is disruptive or disrespectful

No Guarantees

Mediumship is not fortune-telling, and outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Spirit communication unfolds uniquely for each person based on who steps forward and what is most meaningful and supportive at the time.

We cannot guarantee that specific individuals will come through during your reading, nor can we predict specific future events.

Limitation of Liability

Luke Farner and associated parties shall not be held liable for any decisions, actions, or outcomes resulting from information received during a reading. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your own choices and actions.

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for your session.

Confidentiality

All information shared during your session is held in strict confidence and will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Luke Farner and is protected by copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
